In order to facilitate and support students, and to simplify access to the appointment booking system currently operated through the outsourcing company BLS-Intiana, the Embassy of Italy in Islamabad, through BLS-Intiana, is directly allocating appointments to student visa applicants whose pre-enrolment applications for the Academic Year 2026/2027 have already been validated by their respective universities on the Universitaly portal.
Accordingly, applicants whose pre-enrolment applications have already been validated by their university will receive an email containing the details of their visa appointment. The email will be sent to the address provided during registration on the Universitaly portal.
Appointments will be assigned in chronological order based on the validation of the pre-enrolment application by the university.
